My last-minute stay at Arotin Game Lodge turned out to be one of those serendipitous travel moments that just makes you grateful. Steve and Lorraine, the owners, were incredibly hospitable; their warmth felt like catching up with old friends. From the moment we arrived, a game drive opened up this stunning property, flaunting its array of wildlife, including the lovely Sable and Golden Wildebeest-perfect for a photography enthusiast like me. After an exhilarating day, we shared a delightful Braai around the pool with other guests, creating that rare family-like atmosphere that's hard to find. As an avid runner, I appreciated the lush surroundings, which, in addition to the outdoor swimming pool, serve as a lovely backdrop for a morning jog. I can't wait to return with friends and relish more of the outdoor adventures and cozy nights by the bonfire under the stars!
